Christine Dwyer Hickey, Roddy Doyle and Kevin Barry at Dublin Book Festival

Dublin Book Festival presents Christine Dwyer Hickey, Roddy Doyle and Kevin Barry in conversation with Seán Rocks, with music from Uly. In partnership with RTÉ Radio 1 Arena Live Show, Seán Rocks is joined by author Roddy Doyle, winner of the Booker Prize in 1993 for Paddy Clarke Ha Ha Ha, and author of 2020 release, Love (his novel The Barrytown Trilogy was the 2015 Dublin One City One Book choice;  author and play-wright Kevin Barry, whose novel City of Bohane won the International Dublin Literary Award and who has just published his latest collection of short stories This Old Country Music; and acclaimed writer Christine Dwyer Hickey, whose latest novel, The Narrow Land, is the 2020 winner of the Walter Scott Prize and the inaugural winner of The Dalkey Literary Prize 2020. Christine’s 2004 novel, Tatty is this year’s Dublin One CIty One Book choice.
